"Great Experience"

I had an excellent experience at the Puente Hills Chrysler, Jeep, Dodge, Ram Dealership! Before I Found Puente Hills CJDR I had visited several other Dealerships including Ford, Chevy, Toyota and another Dodge Dealership in Glendora. I received the best service, by far, from Puente Hills CJDR! Ed was extremely patient with me while I was trying to decide on the features I wanted on my new Ram 1500 truck. I visited the Dealership on several occasions and was always treated with respect and honesty. Ed was always available to take my calls and answer my questions. I am very happy with my new truck and I would recommend Puente Hills CJDR to anybody. These guys are o nonsensehelpful people!

An absolute painless buying process. Ed and his team in new car sales made my trade in and new car purchase very easy. I got top dollar for my trade, and got a great deal on a brand new top of the line Overland Summit Grand Cherokee. They also honored all the rebates, didn't try to up sell me on anything and even honored their word that I would have time to remove some lights and accessories from my trade in that weren't part of the trade the following weekend. A FIRST CLASS operation. Ed and team, thank you VERY MUCH for making me a bit less skeptical when buying a new car or trading one in. Thanks again Puente Hills Jeep. The other sales people and the F & I guy were also very polite and friendly.

"Amazing Dealership!!!!"

Went to a million and one dealerships and had HORRIBLE experiences. i was on the verge of giving up when my best friend e-mailed Ed from puente hills... gave me the BEST deal and told me they had exactly what iw as looking for... over the phone they told me they would have the car washed and ready before i got there! of course... it was washed and ready (to my surprise- i was even surprised that they had the exact car i wanted to begin with!) awesssommmmee staff... manny, ed, juan, chris they are all SO nice and SO friendly... no BS, no lies... they get straight to the point and let you have an opinion and don't give attitude to you dependent on your opinions! Everyone who is interested in a dodge/jeep/chrysler should most definitely go here... i promise you willl NOT be dissapointed!

If you're looking for a quick, easy and honest place to buy a brand new car Puente Hills is the place!!!!!! Wasted 6 weeks of my life running from place to place- lie after lie! Puente hills got straight To the point. Gave me EXACTLY what I wanted! So nice and so helpful!!!!! They even had the car detailed and ready for me upon arrival!!!! "Pay it forward"

I want to personally thank the service supervisor/manager that was on duty on July 30, 2011 during the afternoon. My truck had blown a radiator and sheared a fan blade, while traveling to Fulllerton. After finding a mechanic and getting the radiator repaired I contacted your dealership and asked if they could help loosen the bolt holding my fan on, so that my son could put the new one on, that he had purchased and brought out to Calif. from Las Vegas, so that I could return home on Sun. Your service manager was very gracious as was the mechanic in your service center. They took my truck right in, did the switch of the fan and I was on my way within about 2 hrs wait time. I was so thrilled with the kind service provided to me that day, that even though I was on the vurge of tears through this ordeal, and on my last dollar to boot, someone was kind enough to "pay it forward" as he put it. Thanks again for such quick, and kind service. There really isnt enough people in todays society that would do this, and it surely didn't go un noticed. All my friends and family that I've shared this situation with are so impressed and grateful for such wonderful treatment.

The purchase process was great. No pressure, just great people. The staff know their product. They are professional, courteous, and honest. The best new car purchase I have had.
